Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of QuickWishlist (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these Terms in full.
1. Service description
QuickWishlist is a free service that lets you create minimalist wishlists and share them via a public link. Editing is private and requires no passwords; authentication is performed via a magic link sent to your email.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service in accordance with the law, public order, and good faith. In particular, you may not:
- Publish illegal, offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Use the Service to distribute explicit sexual content, violent content, malware, or protected material without authorization.
- Reverse engineer, scrape automatically, or attempt to compromise the Service's security.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Use the Service for commercial purposes without express written authorization.
3. User content
You retain all rights to the content you add to your lists. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display such content for the sole purpose of providing the Service.
You are responsible for the content you publish. We reserve the right to remove content that breaches these Terms, with prior notice when reasonably possible.
4. Product metadata and third-party links
When you paste a product URL, the Service extracts public metadata (name, image, price) from the page. We are not responsible for the content, availability, pricing, or policies of linked third-party sites.
5. Availability and modifications
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or an absence of errors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
6. Account termination
You may close your account at any time by emailing carlos@tenorsoftware.com. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data or content arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
8. Intellectual property
The "QuickWishlist" brand, design, code, and documentation belong to its owner and are protected by applicable law.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the consumer's domicile when required by applicable regulation.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active accounts.
